नई दिल्ली , 26 नवम्बर , 2012 का.आ. 2796(अ).-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खंड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रपति , एतद्वारा , यह निदेश देते हैं कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उप राज्यपाल एवं संघ राज्य क्षेत्र चंडीगढ़ के प्रशासक , राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन और अगले आदेशों तक , असंगठित कामगार सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2008 का 33) एवं उसके अंतर्गत बनाए गए नियमों के अंतर्गत अपने संबंधित संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के भीतर राज्य सरकार की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे और उनके कार्यों का निर्वहन भी करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th November, 2012
S.O. 2796 (E) . In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) of article . 239 of the Constitution , the President hereby directs that the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and the Administrator of Union Territory of Chandigarh shall , subject to the control of the President and until further orders , also exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under the Unorganised Workers ' Social Security Act , 2008 (33 of 2008 ) and the rules made thereunder within their respective Union Territories .
