का.आ. 2802(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण) नियम, 1986 के नियम 10 के साथ पठित पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1986 (1986 का 29) की धारा 12. की उपधारा (1 ) के खंड (ख) और धारा 13 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1174(अ) , तारीख 18 जुलाई , 2007 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
2. उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, -
(i) क्रम सं. 12 के सामने, स्तंभ (3) में मद (2) और मद (3) और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
" (2) श्री गणेश नारायण राउल
(3) श्रीमती नीना कुलकर्णी" ;
(ii) क्रम सं. 66 के सामने , स्तंभ (3) में, मद (1 ) और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात् : -
" ( 1 ) श्री राज कुमार यादव " ;
( iii) क्रम सं. 67 के सामने, -
(क) स्तंभ (2 ) में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् : -

(ख) स्तंभ (2) में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिया रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th November, 2012
S.O. 2802 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause. (b ) sub - section ( 1 ) of section 12 and section 13 of the Environment ( Protection ) Act , 1986 ( 29 of 1986) , read with rule 10 of the Environment (Protection) Rules , 1986 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 1174 (E) , dated the 18th July, 2007, namely: -
1. In the Table to the said notification , -
(i) against serial No.12 , in column (3) , for items (2) and (3 ) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely: -
"(2) Mr. Ganesh Narayan Raul

(3) Smt. Neena Kulkarni " ;
(ii) against serial No.66, in column (3 ) , for item ( 1) and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely: -
"(1) Shri. Raj Kumar Yadav ";
(iii ) against serial No.67, -
(a) in column ( 2) , for the existing entry , the following shall be substituted namely: - "M/ s Standard Analytical Laboratory ( ND ) Pvt. Ltd. , 69 , Functional Industrial Estate , Patparganj , Delhi - 110 092. " ;
(b) in column (3 ), for items ( 1 ) , ( 2) and ( 3) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted namely:-
