फा. सं. 11034/12/2011- आईएस . VI .-विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिनियम की धारा 36 (4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 36 ( 1 ) के तहत अस्वीकार किए गए आंकड़ों पर पुनर्विचार करने के लिए विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिनियम की धारा 37 ( 2 ) के तहत पुनरीक्षा समिति के गठन के लिए प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा स्वतंत्र पुनरीक्षा हेतु निम्नलिखित पुनरीक्षा समिति को नियुक्त करती है :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 37 ( 2 ) of the Unlawful Activities ( Prevention ) Act , 1967 ( UAPA ) to constitute a Review Committee for the review ofthe applications rejected under Section 36( 1 ) , read with Section 36 ( 4 ) of the Act . the Central Government hereby appoints the following Review Committee for the purpose of making an independent review :---
( i ) माननीय न्यायाधीश शिवनारायण धींगड़ा (सेवानिवृत्त) अध्यक्ष
(i ) Hon'ble Justice Shiv Narayan Chairperson Dhingra( Retd.)

( ii ) Sh . R. L.. Meena , Former Law Secretary ( Retd. )
(ii) श्री आर. एल. मीना , पूर्व विधि सचिव (सेवानिवृत्त) -सदस्य
2. The Committee shall meet as and when any case or cases are referred to it for review where an application under Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 36 af the Unlawful Activities ( Prevention ) Act, 1967 has been rejected by the Central Government and the applicant applied for a review tothe Review Committee .
2. जब कभी विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिनियम , 1967 की धारा 36 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के तहत आवेदन को केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा अस्वीकार कर दिया गया हो तथा आवेदक ने पुनरीक्षा हेतु पुनरीक्षा समिति के समक्ष आवेदन किया हो, तो ऐसे मामले अथवा 'मामलों को पुनरीक्षा समिति को भेजे जाने की स्थिति में समिति बैठक करेगी ।
3. समिति की बैठक के स्थान का निर्धारण स्वयं समिति करेगी । उपर्युक्त समिति के सदस्यों की नियुक्ति प्रारंभ में इस आदेश के जारी होने की तारीख से दो वर्षों की अवधि के लिए की जाएगी जिसकी इस अवधि के समाप्त होने पर पुनरीक्षा की जाएगी ।
3. The place of the meeting of the Committee maybe such as may be decidedby it. The appointment of the above Committee members will be initially for a period of two years from the date of the issue of this Order, whcih may be reviewed at the end of this period .
4. पुनरीक्षा समिति के अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्य का मानदेय प्रत्येक मामले के लिए । लाख रुपये नियत है ।
4. The Honorarium for the Chairperson and the Member of the Review Committee is fixed as Rs . I lakh each per case .
5. समिति को अपने कार्यों के संचालन के लिए अपेक्षित हर संभव सहायता मुहैया करवाई जाएगी ।
