महापत्तन प्रशुल्क प्राधिकरण शुद्धि-पत्र (नवम्बर , 2012 के 8 वें दिन पारित )

सं. टीएएमपी/9/2010-टीपीटी.-इस प्राधिकरण ने वी ओ चिदम्बरनार पत्तन न्यास के दरमान में सामान्य संशोधन से संबंधित प्राप्त प्रस्ताव पर , अपने पूर्व के आदेश सं. टीएएमपी/9/2010 - टीपीटी दिनांक 11 अक्तूबर, 2011 पर , दिनांक 8 अगस्त , 2012 को एक शुद्धि- पत्र पारित किया था जिसे अधिसूचना संख्या 222 के माध्यम से भारत का राजपत्र में 11 नवम्बर , 2011 को अधिसूचित किया गया था । इस शुद्धि- पत्र को भारत का राजपत्र ( असाधारण के भाग III खंड 4 ) में राजपत्र संख्या 174 के माध्यम से 16 अगस्त , 2012 को अधिसूचित किया गया था ।
No. TAMP/ 9 / 2010- TPT.-- This Authority had passed a Corrigendum on 8th August, 2012 to its earlier Order No. TAMP/9 /2010 -TPT dated 11th October , 2011 relating to proposal received from the V. O. Chidambaranar Port Trust ( VOCPT ) for general revision ofits Scale of Rates which was notified in the Gazettc on 11th November, 2011 vide Gazcite No. 222. This Corrigendum has been published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary ( Part III Section 4) on 16th August, 2012 vide Gazette No. 174 .
2. दिनांक 16 अगस्त , 2012 को अधिसूचित राजपत्र अधिसूचना के अंग्रेजी पाठ के मुद्रण में भूल हो गई है । कालम क्र. सं. 2 ( v ) ( ग ) के ब्योरे को " 10 वें से 11 वें सप्ताह तक पड़ा कार्गो " के बदले में " 10 वें से 13 वें सप्ताह तक पड़ा कार्गो " पढा जाए ।
2. Printing mistake has occurred in the English version of the Gazette Notification dated 16th August , 2012. Sl . No. 2(v) ( c) of the particulars column be read as "For cargo lying for 10th to 13th weeks " instead of " For cargo lying for 10th to 11th weeks " .
