No. TAMP/25 / 2012 - NMP'T. This Authority had passed an Order on 18th June , 2012 in Case No. TAMP/ 25/2012 - NMPT relating a proposal from the New Mangalore Port Trust (NMPT) for fixation ofWharfage rate for the year 2010-11 for shipment of Iron Ore Fines and Pellets by the Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Limited (KIOCL) . This Order was notified in the Gazette of India Extraordinary (Part III Section 4) on 28th June , 2012 vide Gazette No. 154 .
सं. टीएएमपी/ 25 / 2012- एनएमपीटी.-इस प्राधिकरण ने एनएमपीटी के माध्यम से कुद्रेमुख ऑयरन ओर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (केआईओसीएल ) द्वारा निर्यात किए गए बारीक लौह अयस्क और पेलेट्स के पोत लदान के लिए , पोत घाट- भाड़ा दर निर्धारण करने हेतु , न्यू भेंगलूर पत्तन न्यास से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव से संबंधित मामला क्रं टीएएमपी/25/2012- एनएमपीटी पर दिनांक 18 जून, 2012 को एक ' आदेश पारित किया था । इस आदेश को भारत का राजपत्र , असाधारण के भाग III खंड 4 में राजपत्र संख्या 154 के माध्यम से 28 जून , 2012 को अधिसूचित किया गया था ।
2. There is omission of a paragraph in the English version of the said Gazette Notification . The following paragraph be read prior to paragraph 2 of the English version of the said Gazette Notifcation :
2. कथित आदेश की राजपत्र अधिसूचना के समय इसके अंग्रेजी पाठ में एक पैरा का मुद्रण नहीं हुआ था । निम्नलिखित पैरा को बहाल किया जाता है और इसे कथित आदेश की राजपत्र अधिसूचना में पैरा 2 के पहले पढ़ा जाना है :
"This case relates to the proposal dated 19th April , 2012 received from the New Mangalore Port Trust ( NMPT ) for fixation of final wharfage rate for iron ore fines/ pellets exported by the Kudremukh Iron Ore Company ( KIOCL) through the NMPT during year 2010-11 " .
" यह मामला वर्ष 2010-11 के दौरान एनएमपीटी के माध्यम से कुद्रेमुख ऑयरन ओर कम्पनी लिमिटेड ( केआईओसीएल ) द्वारा निर्यात किए गए बारीक लौह अयस्क और पेलेट्स के पोत लदान के लिए, पोत घाट - भाड़ा दर निर्धारण करने हेतु , न्यू मेंगलूर पत्तन न्यास से प्राप्त प्रस्ताव दिनांक 19 अप्रैल , 2012 से संबंधित है । "
