विषय : डायओक्टाईल थैलेट के आयात के संबंध में रक्षोपाय जांच । कस्टम्स टैरिफ नियम , 1997 के नियम 11 ( रक्षोपाय शुल्क का अभिनिर्धारण एवं आंकलन ) के तहत अंतिम निष्कर्ष के संबंध में ।
सा.का.नि. 854(अ). दिनांक 16 नवम्बर , 2012 के अंतिम निष्कर्ष अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित सुधार किए गए हैं .....
दिनांक 16 नवम्बर , 2012 को पत्र संख्या डी. - 22011 / 13/ 2011 भाग - ए द्वारा अंतिम निष्कर्ष के पैरा -95 ( अनुशंसा ) की निम्नलिखित पंकितयों को
" कस्टम्स टैरिफ अधिनियम , 75 के खंड शीर्षक 29173920 के तहत आने वाला औरगेनिक यौगिक डायऔक्टाइल थैलेट , जिसे संक्षिप्त में डी ओ पी और सामान्यतः बिस ( 2- इथाईलहेक्सिल ) थैलेट , ( डाई -2 इथाईल हेक्सिल ) थैलेट जिसे संक्षिप्त में डी ई एछ पी कहा जाता है , रासायनिक सूत्र C6H4 ( C8H1 , COO)2 पर एतद्वारा निम्नांकित प्रकार से रक्षोपाय शुल्क का अधिरोपण किया जाता है
रक्षोपाय शुल्क का दर 15% 10%"
अवधि पहला वर्ष दूसरा वर्ष
नीचे दी गई पंक्तियों से बदला जा रहा है ।
" कस्टम्स टैरिफ अधिनियम , 75 के खंड शीर्षक 29173920 के तहत आने वाला औरगेनिक यौगिक डायऔक्टाइल थैलेट, जिसे संक्षिप्त में डी ओ पी और सामान्यतः डी ई एछ पी बिस ( 2 - इथाईलहेक्सिल) थैलेट, ( डाई-2 इथाईल हेक्सिल ) इत्यादि । ( एच एस कोड केवल निर्देशात्मक है उत्पाद का विवरण सभी परिस्थितियों में अभिभावी होगा ) इस उत्पाद पर एतद्वारा निम्नांकित प्रकार से रक्षोपाय शुल्क का अधिरोपण किया जाता है
रक्षोपाय शुल्क का दर 15% यथामूल्य 10% यथामूल्य "

Subject : Safeguard Investigation concerning imports of Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) -Final Findings under Rule 11 of Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules , 1997 - Regarding
G.S.R. 854 (E ) . The following modification is carried out in the Final Findings Notification dated 16November, 2012 :-
The following lines in para 95 ( Recommendation ) ofthe Final Finding issued vide F. No. D - 22011 / 13/2011 / Part Adated 16 November, 2012 i.e.
"Dioctyl Phthalate , an organic compound and abbreviated as DOP falling under Chapter heading 29173920 under the Custorns TariffAct, 75 and also known commonly as Bis (2-ethylhexyl ) phthalate (di -2- cthylhexyl ) phthalate , commonly abbreviated DEHP, also an organic compound with the formula C6H4 (C81117COO )2 is hereby recommended for imposition in the following manner :

are substituted by the following lines i.e.
"Dioctyl Phthalate , an organic compound and abbreviated as DOP falling under Chapter heading 29173920 under the Customs Tariff Act , 75 and also known commonly as DEHP Bis (2 - ethylhexyl ) phthalate (di -2-ethylhexyl ) phthalate etc. (HS code is only indicative and the product description shall prevail in all circumstances) is hereby recommended for imposition in the following manner:
