पाद टिप्पण. मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 857(अ).केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 35 ) की' धारा 156 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत - तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल नियम, 1994 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत - तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2012 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
सा.का.नि. 480( अ ) , तारीख 30 मई , 1994 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन सा.का.नि. सं. 681 ( अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर , 1995 , सा.का.नि. सं. 206 ( अ ) , तारीख 13 मई , 1996 और सा.का.नि. सं. 731 ( अ ) , तारीख 5 नवम्बर, 2004 द्वारा किए गए ।
2. भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल नियम , 1994 के नियम 40 के उप-नियम (6 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप - नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

" (6) (i) उप- नियम( 1 ) या उप- नियम (2 ) के अधीन

GS.R.857 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 156 of the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indo-Tibetan BorderPolice Force Rules , 1994, namely :-
किया गया या किया जाना समझा गया निलंबन आदेश , इस प्रयोजन के लिए गठित पुनर्विलोकन समिति की सिफारिश पर , निलंबन के आदेश की तारीख से नब्बे दिन के अवसान के पूर्व , निलंबन आदेश को उपांतरित करने या प्रतिसंहृत करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा पुनर्विलोकित किया जाएगा और वह या तो निलंबन को बढ़ाने या प्रतिसंहृत करने का आदेश पारित करेगा ।
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Indo - Tibetan BorderPolice Force (Amendment ) Rules , 2012.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
( ii ) दूसरा या पश्चात्वर्ती पुनर्विलोकन निलंबन की * विस्तारित अवधि , जो एक सौ अस्सी दिन से अधिक नहीं होगी की समाप्ति से पहले किया
जाएगा ।
2. In the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force Rules , 1994 for sub - rule (6) in rule 40 , the following sub - rule shall be substituted , namely :-
(iii ) पुनर्विलोकन समिति ऐसे आफिसरों से मिलकर बनेगी और ऐसी रीति में गठित की जाएगी , जैसा

"(6) ( i ) The order of suspension made or deemed to have been made under sub - rule ( 1 ) or sub - rule (2) shall be reviewed by the authority competent to modify or revoke the suspension , before expiry of ninety days from the date of order of suspension, on the recommendation of the Review Committee constituted for the purpose and pass orders either extending or revoking the suspension.
(ii) The second or subsequent reviews shall be made before expiry of the extended period of suspension which shall not exceed one hundred and eighty days at a time.
(iii) The review committee shall consist of such officers and shall be constituted in such manner as may, from time to time, be laid down by the Director General ."
