सा.का.नि. 870(अ) महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963का 38 ) की उप - धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , संयुक्त सचिव और वित्तीय सलाहकार , पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय , जिन्हेंदिनांक 30-10-2012 की सं. सा.का.नि. 815 (अ ) द्वारा नियुक्त किया गया था, के स्थान पर अपर सचिव और वित्तीय सलाहकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय को दिनांक 31-3-2013 तक की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक , जो भी पहले हो , जवाहर लाल नेहरू पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी बोर्ड में नियुक्त करती है ।

GS.R. 870 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c) of sub-section ( 1) read with sub - section (6) of theMajor Port Trusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Shipping in place of Joint Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Shipping, who was appointed vide No. G.S.R. 815 ( E) , dated 30-10-2012 , on the Board of Trustee of Jawaharlal Nehru PortTrust upto 31-3-2013 or until further orders whichever isearlier.
