का.आ. 2818 (अ).-निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एवं निरीक्षण ) नियमावली , 1964 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एवं निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) की धारा 3 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग , भारत सरकार की दिनांक 9 नवम्बर , 2009 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2856 ( अ ) , में एतद्वारा आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम सं. 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:

S.O. 2818 (E) . In pursuance of Section 3 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 (22 of 1963 ) read with rule 3 of the Export ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Rules, 1964 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce , number S.O. 2856 (E ) , dated the 9th November, 2009, namely :-
