सा.का.नि. 877(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) , की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपवाक्य ( कक ) के तहत् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड , एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) , की अधिसूचना सं. 12/97 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै . टै. ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 1997 , जिसे सा.का.नि. 193 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 के तहत् भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया था , में आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , यथा :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में , क्र. सं. 4 के समक्ष गुजरात राज्य से सम्बन्धित , कॉलम ( 3 ) में , मद ( ix ) के पश्चात् और कॉलम ( 4 ) में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टि अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी , यथा--

GS.R. 877 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( aa) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ), the Central Board of Excise and Customs , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 12 / 97 - Customs (N.T. ), dated the 2ndApril , 1997, published in the Gazette of India, vide number GS.R. 193 ( E ) , dated the 2nd April , 1997 , namely: -
Inthe said notification , in the Table, against serial number 4 relating to the State of Gujarat, in column ( 3 ) , after item (ix) and the entry relating thereto in column (4 ) , the following item and the entry shall respectively be inserted, namely: --
