सा.का.नि. 878 (अ).-भोपाल गैस रिसाव त्रासदी ( दावों का निस्तारण ) अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1985 का 21 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केंद्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा , मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के पीठासीन उच्च न्यायाधीश श्री न्यायमूर्ति राजेन्द्र मेनन की भोपाल गैस रिसाव त्रासदी पीड़ितों के कल्याण के लिए आयुक्त के पद के समवर्ती प्रभार की अवधि को 25-11-2012 से एक वर्ष की अवधि तक के लिए या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , बढ़ाती है ।

GS.R. 878 ( E ).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster ( Processing of Claims) Act, 1985 (21. of 1985 ), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of Shri Justice Rajendra Menon , a sitting Judge of the High Court ofMadhya Pradesh to hold concurrent charge ofthe postof Commissioner for the Welfare of the Victims of Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster , for a period of one year with effect from 25-11-2012 , or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
