फा. सं. 1-12 /एससीआई. पैनल/अधिसूचना/एफएसएसएआई / 2012.-भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण , खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक अधिनियम , 2006 की धारा 92 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना वाले सभी व्यक्तियों की सूचना के लिए प्रारूप विनियम प्रकाशित करता है ; और यह नोटिस देता है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों पर , इस अधिसूचना वाले राजपत्र के प्रकाशन की प्रतियां जनता को उपलब्ध कराए जाने की तारीख से तीस दिन की समाप्ति के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।
अपत्तियां या सुझाव , यदि कोई हों, तो मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी , भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण , एफडीए भवन , कोटला रोड़, नई दिल्ली-110002 को भेजे जा सकेंगे ।
आपत्तियों और सुझावों पर , जो उक्त प्रारूप विनियमों की बाबत किसी भी व्यक्ति से पूर्वोक्त विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि की समाप्ति से पहले प्राप्त किए जाएं, खाद्य प्राधिकरण द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।
प्रारूप नियम
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक ( संदूषक, आविष और अवशिष्ट ) संशोधन विनियम , 2012 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में इनके अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक ( संदूषक , आविष, और अवशिष्ट ) विनियम , 2011 में, विनियम 2.3 में , प्रति जीवाणु और अन्य औषधीय रूप से सक्रिय तत्वों से संबंधित उप- विनियम 2.3.2 में, पैराग्राफ ( 2 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

" ( 3 ) नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 4 ) में उल्लिखित साधन विनियोग द्वारा अवधारित किए जाने पर परिमाणन की सीमा के आधार पर शहद में स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित प्रतिजीवाणुओं की सीमा, स्तंभ ( 3 ) में विहित सीमा से अधिक नहीं होगी :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th November, 2012
F. No. 1-12/Sci . Panel/Notification/FSSAI /2012. In exercise of powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 92 of the Food Safety and Standards Act , 2006 , the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, with the previous approval of the Central Government , hereby publishes for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby , and notice is hereby given that the said draft regulation will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which copies of the Official Gazette in which this notification is published , are made available to the public.
Objections or suggestions , if any , may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi - 110002.
The objections and suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft regulations, before the expiry of the period specified above , shall be considered by the Food Authority.
Draft Regulations
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Food Safety and Standards ( Contaminants , Toxins and Residues ) Amendment Regulations , 2012 .
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette .
2.In the Food Safety and Standards ( Contaminants , Toxins and Residues ) Regulations , 2011 , in regulations 2.3 , in sub- regulation 2.3.2 relating to Antibiotic and other pharmacologically active substances , after paragraph (2 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted, namely:---
"(3) The limit of antibiotics mentioned in column (2) , in Honey on the basis of Limit of Quantification , shall not exceed the limit prescribed in column ( 3 ) when determined by the instrumentation mentioned in column (4) ofthe Table given below :-
