का.आ. 2826(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , सरकारी स्थान ( अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित सारणी के स्तंभ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को , भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी की श्रेणी के समतुल्य अधिकारी होने पर , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए संपदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी स्थानों की बाबत अपनी अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा या उसके अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और उस पर अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का पालन करेगा :-

तहसील, मुसाफिरखाना, जिला छत्रपति शाहुजी महाराज नगर ( उत्तर प्रदेश ) में औद्योगिक क्षेत्र जगदीशपुर और ग्राम सत्थिन में स्थित भारतीय इस्पात प्राधिकरण लिमिटेड के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रणाधीन भवन , संयंत्र , उपस्करों और अन्य स्थिर आस्तियों सहित 739.65 एकड़ मापवाली भूमि का संपूर्ण भाग और उक्त स्थान पर स्थित उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य से संबंधित और भारतीय इस्पात प्राधिकरण लिमिटेड के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के अधीन दिए गए परिसर ।

following Table, being an officer equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officer of the Government of India to be estate officer for the purposes ofthe said Act who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed, on estate officers by or under the said Act , within the local limits of hisjurisdiction in respect of the public premises specified in column (2) of the said Table
