नई दिल्ली, 6 दिसम्बर , 2012 सं. 108/2012-सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै. )
का.आ. 2838(अ) . सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की सं. का.आ. 2719 ( अ ) , दिनांक 16 नवम्बर , 2012 के जरिए जारी अधिसूचना सं. 99/2012 -सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) , दिनांक 16 नवम्बर , 2012 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , ऐसे प्रतिस्थापन से पूर्व की गई अथवा किए जाने से लोप की गई बातों को छोड़कर , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा निर्धारित करता है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची । और अनुसूची ।। में से प्रत्येक के कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी मुद्रा के भारतीय मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन और भारतीय मुद्रा के विदेशी मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन की, विनिमय दर 7 दिसम्बर , 2012 से वह होगी जो आयातित माल और निर्यात माल के संबंध में उक्त धारा के उद्देश्य के लिए उसके कॉलम (3 ) में दी गई तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित है ।

New Delhi , the 6th December , 2012
No. 108/2012-CUSTOMS ( N.T. )
S.O. 2838 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 99/2012- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 16th November, 2012 vide number S.O. 2719 (E ), dated the 16th November, 2012 , cxccpt as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby determines that the rate of exchange of conversion of each ofthe foreign currency specified in column (2 ) of cach of Schedule- ] and Schedule - 11 annexed hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from 7th December , 2012 be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof, for the purpose of the said section , relating to imported and export goods .
