सा.का.नि. 884 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अधिनिमय , 1990 ( 1990 का 25 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 7 ) और उप - धारा ( 8 ) के साथ पठित धारा 32 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अध्यक्ष , पूर्णकालिक सदस्यों और अंशकालिक सदस्यों का वेतन , भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें नियम , 2000 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अध्यक्ष , पूर्णकालिक सदस्यों और अंशकालिक सदस्योंका वेतन , भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें ( दूसरा संशोधन ) नियम , 2012 है ।
(2) ये उनके राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. प्रसार भारती ( भारतीय प्रसारण निगम ) अध्यक्ष, पूर्णकालिक सदस्यों और अंशकालिक सदस्यों का वेतन, भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य शर्ते नियम, 2000 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 2 ) के परंतुक में " सदस्य ( वित्त ) " शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर " कार्यकारी सदस्य ( वित्त ) " शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ।

GS.R. 884(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 , read with sub -sections (7 ) and ( 8 ) of Section 6 ofthe Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Prasar Bharati ( Broadcasting Corporation of India ) Salaries , Allowances and other Conditions ofService of Chairman , Whole- time Members and Part - time Members Rules , 2000 , namely : i
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India ) Salarics , Allowances and other Conditions of Service of Chairman, Whole -time Members and Part-time Members ( Second Amendment ) Rules , 2012 .
(2) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Prasar Bharati ( Broadcasting Corporation of India) Salaries , Allowances and other Conditions of Service ofChairman , Whole- time Members and Part - time Members Rules, 2000 , in rule 3, in sub - rule (2), in the proviso , for the words and brackets " being Member ( Finance ) " , the words and brackets "being Executive Member , Member ( Finance ) " shall be substituted .
