का.आ. 2848(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के परंतुक और उप - धारा ( 2 ) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 482 ( अ) तारीख, 6 अगस्त, 1974 द्वारा केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् गठित की गई ;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्य और परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 482 ( अ ) , तारीख , 6 अगस्त, 1974 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में , " राज्यों/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों से धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के पश्चात्, स्तम्भ ( 1 ) , ( 2 ) और ( 3 ) में, क्रम संख्यांक 2 की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th December, 2012
S.O. 2848 (E) . Whereas the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - section (1 ) and proviso to sub- section (2 ) of section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973 ), constituted the Central Council of Homoeopathy vide its notification number S.O. 482 (E ) , dated the 6th August , 1974;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) and sub -section (2 ) of section 3 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department ofHealth) number S.O.482 (E) , dated the 6th August, 1974, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table , under the heading , " Elected under clause (a ) of sub -section ( 1 ) of section 3 from the States/Union Territories " , against serial number 2 , in columns ( 1 ) , (2 ) and (3 ) , for the entries , the following entries shall be substituted , namely:--
