नई दिल्ली, 6 दिसम्बर , 2012 का.आ. 2845(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( क ) के अनुसरण में और पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार के 22जुलाई , 2009 के का.आ. 2002 की अधिसूचना के आशोधन में , उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर गेल ( इण्डिया) लिमिटेड के सक्षम अधिकारी के कार्यों के निष्पादन के अतिरिक्त हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड की रेवारी-कानपुर पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए सक्षम अधिकारी के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए श्री भगवत सागर ओझा , विशेष भूमि अध्यापति अधिकारी , उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को प्राधिकृत करती है ।

का.आ. 2846(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( क ) के अनुसरण में और पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार के 19 सितम्बर , 2011 के का.आ. 2620 की अधिसूचना के आशोधन में, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन राजस्थान राज्य के राज्य क्षेत्र के भीतर गुजरात स्टेट पेट्रोनेट लिमिटेड के सक्षम अधिकारी के कार्यों के निष्पादन के अतिरिक्त हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड के रेवारी - कानपुर पाइपलाइन परियोजना के लिए सक्षम अधिकारी के कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए श्री शिवदत्त गौड , विकास अधिकारी , रेवदार ( सिरोही ) , राजस्थान सरकार को प्राधिकृत करती है ।
