का.आ. 2844(अ). पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइप लाइन ( भू उपयोग अधिकार अधिग्रहण ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) के खंड 2 की धारा ( क) के अनुसरण में तथा पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 9 फरवरी , 2009 की अधिसूचना का.आ. 418 ( अ ) में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा श्री माघाराम चौधरी , वरिष्ठ भू अधिग्रहण अधिकारी , राजस्थान सरकार, जो कि हिन्दुस्तान मित्तल एनर्जी लिमिटेड के साथ प्रतिनियुक्ति पर हैं , अपने कर्तव्यों के अतिरिक्त राजस्थान राज्य की सीमा में हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड की ' आवा-सालावास ' उत्पाद पाइप लाइन परियोजना के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के तहत सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th December , 2012
S.O. 2844 (E) .-In pursuance of clause ( a) of Section 2 ofthe Petroleum Minerals Pipeline ( Acquisition of Right ofUser in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962 ) and in modification ofNotification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. 418 ( E ) , dated February 9 , 2009 , the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri Magharam Chaudhary, Senior Land Acquisition Officer , Government of Rajasthan , on deputation to H PCL - Mittal Pipeline Limited ( HMPL ) to perfrom the functions of the Competent Authority for 'Awa -Salawas' product pipeline project of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited , in addition to his own duties under the said Act , within the territory of State of Rajasthan.
