सा.का.नि. 885(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, पंजाब पुनर्गठन अधिनियम , 1966 ( 1966 का 31 ) की धारा 87 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख को पंजाब राज्य में यथाप्रवृत्त पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि (दूसरा संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2010 ( 2011 का पंजाब अधिनियम सं. 23 ) को एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित उपांतरणों के अध्यधीन चंडीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में विस्तारित करती है , अर्थात्:-

संपूर्ण अधिनियम में " पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि ( दूसरा संशोधन ) अधिनियम, 2010 " शब्दों, कोप्ठकों एवं अंकों के लिए " चंडीगढ़ संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में यथा विस्तारित पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि ( दूसरा संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2010 " शब्द, कोष्ठक एवं अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

उपाबंध
चंडीगढ़ संघ राज्यक्षेत्र में यथाविस्तारित पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि ( दूसरा संशोधन ) अधिनियम , 2010 ( 2011 का पंजाब अधिनियम सं. 23)
पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए एक अधिनियम । भारत गणराज्य के इकसठवें वर्ष में पंजाब राज्य के विधानमंडल द्वारा यह अधिनियमित हो:-
1 ( 1 ) इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि ( दूसरा संशोधन ) संक्षिप्त नाम एवं प्रारम्भ
अधिनियम , 2010 होगा ।
: ( 2 ) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगा ।
1965 का पंजाब अधिनियम
2 पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम , 1965 में, धारा 9 - क की उप- धारा
( 1 ) में " एक रुपए " एवं " दो रुपए " शब्दों के लिए क्रमशः " दो रुपए "
17 की धारा 9 - क में संशोधन और " चार रुपए " प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 10th December, 2012
GS.R. 885 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 of the Punjab Reorganization Act , 1966 (31 of 1966) , the Central Government hereby extends to the Union territory of Chandigarh , the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund (Second Amendment) Act , 2010 (Punjab Act No. 23 of 2011 ) , as in force in the State of Punjab on the date of publication of this notification, subject to the following modifications , namely :-
Modifications
Throughout the Act, for the words , brackets and figures , " The Punjab Labour Welfare Fund (Second Amendment ) Act, 2010" , the words , brackets and figures " The Punjab Labour Welfare Fund ( Second Amendment ) Act, 2010, as extendedto the Union territory of Chandigarh " shall be substituted.

THE PUNJABLABOUR WELFARE FUND ( SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 (PUNJAB ACT NO . 23 OF 2011 ) AS EXTENDED TO THE UNION TERRITORY OF CHANDIGARH

ACT
furtherto amend the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act , 1965 .
BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Sixty - first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Labour Welfare
Short title and commencement
Fund (Second Amendment ) Act, 2010 .
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 , in Section Amendment in Section 9 -A of Punjab Act 17 of 1965 .
9-A , in sub - section ( 1 ) , for the words , " one rupee " and " two rupees " , the words " two rupees " and " four rupees " shall , respectively, be substituted.
