का.आ. 2866(अ). यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान-2021 में कुछ संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव किया है उन्हेंदिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिनांक6-6-2012 की सं. का.आ. 1296( अ ) के तहत सार्वजनिक सूचना के रूप में भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया जिसमें उक्त नोटिस की तारीख से तीस दिन के अंदर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - ए की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित आपत्तियां/सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गएथे ।
2. यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने के पश्चात् दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान-2021 को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतः अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 ए की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से उक्त दिल्लीमास्टर प्लान 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
"डे स्पा/वजन कम करने के केन्द्र/आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा उपलब्ध कराने वाले आयुर्वेदिक केन्द्र/स्वस्थ्यता और सौन्दर्यकरण चिकित्सा सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने वाले सेलून , सीखने में अक्षमता रखने वाले विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए बहुप्रयोजनीय क्लिनिक ( अधेड़ और विकलांगों की देखभाल के लिए सुविधाएं इस श्रेणी के अंतर्गत अनुमत होंगी ) और पैथोलॉजी प्रयोगशालाएं सी और डी कालोनियों में 13.5 मी. मार्गाधिकार और ई, एफ और जी कालोनियों में 9 मी. मार्गाधिकार पर नियमित प्लोटिड विकास में न्यूनतम 100 वर्गमीटर आकार के प्लाट पर अनुमत होंगी । तथापि , क्लिनिक औषधालयों और पैथोलॉजी प्रयोगशालाओं के लिए प्लाट का न्यूनतम आकार 50 वर्गमीटर होगा जो सी एण्ड डी कालोनियों में 13.5 मी. मार्गाधिकार और ई. एफ एवं जी कालोनियों में 9 मी. मार्गाधिकार पर नियमित प्लोटिड विकास में न्यूनतम 100 वर्गमीटर आकार के प्लाट पर अनुमत होगा । तथापि इन कालोनियों और ई , एफ एवं जी श्रेणी की कालोनियों में चल रहे क्लिनिकों, औषधालयों और पैथोलॉजी प्रयोगशालाओं के लिए प्लाट का न्यूनतम आकार 50 वर्गमीटर होगा । वॉल्ड सिटी, वॉल्ड सिटी विस्तार , और अनाधिकृत नियमित कालोनियों में प्लाट के आकार और न्यूनतम मार्गाधिकार की शर्तें लागू नहीं होंगी । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th December , 2012
S.O. 2866(E) .-Whereas certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Planfor Delhi -2021 which were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide No. S.O. 1296(E) , dated 6th June, 2012 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act , 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections / suggestions as required by sub- section ( 3 ) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice .
2. Whereas the Central Government have , after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modifythe Master Plan for Delhi - 2021 .
3.Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 11 - A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi - 2021 with effect from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India .
Modification:
Para 15.7.3 ( iii ) of Master Plan for Delhi 2021 may

be substituted with the following Para:
"Nursing Homes , dispensaries , clinics, Wellness Centres including Day Spas/Weight Loss Centres/ Ayurvedic Centres offering Ayurvedic treatment/ Salons offering fitness & aesthetic medical services , Multidisciplinary Clinics for persons with Learning Disablities ( facilities for care ofthe elderly and disabled shall be permissible under this category) and pathology labs shall be permissible: on minimum plot size of 100 sqm in regular plotted development on 13.5 m ROW in C& D colonies and 9 m ROW in E, F, & G colonies . However, the minimum plot size shall be 50 sqm for clinics , dispensaries and pathology labs shall be permissible: on minimum plot size of 100 sqm inregular plotted development on 13.5 m ROW in C& D colonies and 9 m ROW in E , F & G colonies . However, the minimum plot size shall be 50 sqm for clinics , dispensaries and pathology labs running in these colonies and also F , F, G category colonies . In Walled City, Walled city extension , villages and unauthorised - regularised colonies , conditions of plot size and mininum ROW shall not be applicable . "
