का.आ. 2873(अ). केन्द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1948 (1948 का 61 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के उपबंध ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्द्वारा श्री एन. एस. बिस्से गौड़ा, को केन्द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड , के अध्यक्ष के रूप में उस पद पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा आगामी आदेशों तक जो भी पहले हो , नियुक्त करती है । उनकी नियुक्ति केन्द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड अधिनियम और केन्द्रीय रेशम बोर्ड नियमावली के प्रावधानों के अध्यधीन होगी ।

New Delhi , the 11th December, 2012
S.O. 2873 (E) . In exercise of powers conferredby clause ( a) of sub- section ( 3) of Section 4 of the Central Silk BoardAct, 1948 (61 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri N. S. Bisse Gowda, as Chairman of the Central Silk Board for a period of three years with effect from the dateof assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders whichever is earlier . His appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Central Silk Board Act and Central Silk Board Rules .
