का.आ. 2872(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग शुल्क (दरों का अवधारण और संग्रहण ) नियम , 2008 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राजस्थान राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग विकास परियोजना चरण III के अधीन डिजाईन , निर्माण , वित्त , प्रचालन और हस्तांतरण ( डी बी एफ ओ टी ) आधार पर, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 8 के किशनगढ़ अजमेर ब्यावर सेक्शन पर विद्यमान दो लेन के कैरिजवे को छः लेन के दोहरे कैरिजवे में विकास करने, जिसमें 364.125 कि.मी. से 396.000 कि.मी. (0.000 कि.मी. ) और 0.000 कि.मी. से 58.245 कि.मी. के बीच विद्यमान दो लेन का सुदृढ़ीकरण शामिल है , के लिए भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण औरसोमा आईसोलक्स किशनगढ़ ब्यावर टोलवे प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के बीच 18-5-2009 को किए गए रियायत करार के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 862( अ ) , तारीख 31 मई , 2007 , जिसे भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था , को एतद्वारा रद्द करती है ।
S.O. 2872(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of1956) , read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection ) Rules , 2008 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification number S.O. 862 ( E) , dated 31st May, 2007 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii ) of Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) in compliance of the provisions of the Concession Agreement entered on 18-5-2009 between National Highways Authority of India and M/ s . Soma Isolux Kishangarh Beawar Tollway Private Limited for developing the existing two lane carrigeway to six lane dual carriageway configurations including strengthening of existing two lanes between km . 364.125 to km . 396.000 (km . 0.000) and km . 0.000 to km . 58.245 on the Kishangarh -Ajmer-Beawar Section of NH- 8 in the State of Rajasthan under NHDP Phase III on Design , Build, Finance , Operate and Transfer ( DBFOT) basis .
