का.आ. 2874(अ).-केन्द्र सरकार, पैट्रोलियम एंड मिनरल्स पाइपलाइन ( एक्वीजीशन ऑफ राइट ऑफ यूजर इन लैंड ) एक्ट, 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क ) के अनुसरण में इस्पात मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1954 ( अ ) , दिनांक 3 अगस्त , 2012 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना के अंग्रेजी रूपांतर में अथॉरिटी के संबंध में तालिका के कॉलम (2 ) के तहत क्र. सं. 4 में " वलसाड, गुजरात " शब्द हटाया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 3rd December, 2012
S.O. 2874 (E) . In pursuance of clause ( a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline ( Acquisition of Right of User in Land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 1954(E) , dated the 3rd August , 2012 :-
In the English version of the said notification , in the Table, against serial number 4 , under column (2) relating to Authority, the words " Valsad, Gujarat" shall be omitted .
