विषय : प्रक्रिया पुस्तक , खंड-1 ( आरई -2012 )/2009-2014 के पैरा 3.11.8 में संशोधन ।
फा. सं. 01 /91 / 180/160 /एएम 12 /पीसी-3. विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , महानिदेशक , विदेश व्यापार एतद्वारा , प्रक्रिया पुस्तक खंड- I ( आरई-2012 )/ 2009-2014 के पैरा 3.11.8 ( ग ) को संशेधित करते हैं :-
2. संशोधित पैरा निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगाः
" ( ग ) यदि ऐसे लाभों को प्राप्त करने हेतु किसी नए उत्पाद अथवा नए बाजार को शामिल करने का निर्णय वर्ष के दौरान लिया जाता है , तब :-
( i ) ऐसे उत्पादों का निर्यात करने के लिए ऐसे बाजारों को निर्यात करने के लिए मुक्त पोतलदान बिलों पर इस आशय की घोषणा करने के लिए निर्णय/अधिसूचना/ सार्वजनिक सूचना की तिथि से एक महीने की छूट अवधि की अनुमति दी जाएगी ।
( ii ) एक महीने की छूट अवधि के बाद , सभी निर्यातों ( ऐसे उत्पादों के अथवा ऐसे बाजारों को ) में मुक्त पोतलदान बिलों पर इस आशय की घोषणा शामिल करनी होगी ।
(iii) उत्पादों/बाजारों के निर्णय/ अधिसूचना/सार्वजनिक सूचना की तिथि से पहले किए गए निर्यातों के लिए, ऐसी घोषणा की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी क्योंकि ऐसे निर्यात पहले ही किए जा चुके हैं । "
इस सार्वजनिक सूचना का प्रभाव प्रक्रिया पुस्तक खण्ड-1 के पैरा 3.11.8 ( ग ) में आने वाले ' तत्पश्चात/बाद ' शब्द को ' वर्ष के दौरान ' शब्द से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।

Subject : Amendment in Para 3.11.8 of Handbook of Procedures Vol . I ( RE 2012 )/2009-2014 .
F. No. 01 / 91 /180 /160/AM 12/ PC - 3 . In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Para 3.11.8 (c ) of the Handbook of Procedures Vol. I ( RE - 2012 )/2009-2014:
2. The amended para would now read as under :
"( c) Ifthere is a decision during the year to include any new product or new market to avail such benefit , then :
(i ) For exports of such products / export to such markets , a grace period of one month from the date of decision/notification/public notice will be allowed for making this declaration of intent on free shipping bills .
( ii ) After the grace period of one month , all exports (of such products or to such markets ) would have to include the declaration of intent on the free shipping bills .
( iii) For exports made prior to date of decision/ notification/public notice of products /markets , such a declaration will not be required since such exports would have already taken place ."
Effect of this Public Notice : The words ' subsequently /later ' appearing in Para 3.11.8 ( c ) of Handbook of Procedures Vol . I are replaced by the words ' during the year ' .
