MINISTRY OF STEEL NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 7th December, 2012
का.आ. 2895( अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ़ ) के पहले परंतुक के उप-खंड ( iii ) के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 2053( अ ) , तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 2012 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:
S.O. 2895 (E) .-In pursuance of sub -clause ( iii ) of the first proviso to clause (n ) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel , number S.O. 2053 (E) , dated the 4th September, 2012 , namely:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सरणी के क्रम संख्यांक । के सामने स्तंभ ( 2 ) के अधीन प्रविष्टि के लिए अधिकारी का नाम , पदनाम और पता के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:--
In the said notification , in the Table , against serial number 1 , under column ( 2 ) relating to Name , Designation and Address of the Officer for the entries , the following entries shall be substituted, namely:
" श्री राजेश राठी, कार्यकारी निदेशक (संकर्म ) , बोकारो स्टील प्लांट, बोकारो स्टील सिटी, जिला बोकारो , झारखंड " ।
"Shri Rajesh Kumar Rathi , Executive Director (Works), Bokaro Steel Plant , Bokaro Steet City, District Bokaro , Jharkhand" .
