का.आ. 2880(अ). जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियम , 1975 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अनुसरण में , बरकतुल्ला विश्वविद्यालय , भोपाल-462026 ( मध्य प्रदेश ) की आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा पद्धति के एक सदस्य को उक्त विश्वविद्यालय के आयुर्वेद संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किया गया है;
अतएव , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार अब भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की तारीख 21 अगस्त, 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259 ( अ ) में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, तालिका में, " धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अधीन, निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 2880 (E ) . Whereas in pursuance of clause (b ) sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of The Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970 ) read with the rule 23 of The Indian Medicine Central Council (Election ) Rules , 1975 , one member from Ayurveda system of Medicine of Barkatullah University, Bhopal -462026 (Madhya Pradesh ) has been elected from amongst themselves by the members of Ayurveda faculty of the said University;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act , the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Number S.O. 3259 (E) , dated the 21st August, 1971 , namely:-
In the said notification , under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 " , in the Table, against the following university and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
