नई दिल्ली, 14 दिसम्बर , 2012 सं. 110/2012-सीमा शुल्क ( गै .टै . )
का.आ. 2898(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड , एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 62/94- सीमा शुल्क ( गै . टै. ) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण के भाग 11, खंड 3 , उप-खंड (ii ) में का.आ. 829 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी , में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्ः
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में महाराष्ट्र राज्य से सम्बंधित क्रम संख्या 8 के कॉलम ( 3 ) और ( 4 ) में , मद संख्या ( 8 ) में प्रस्तुत प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएँगी ,

" ( 8 ) दहानू मैसर्स रिलायंस इफ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड
द्वारा आयातित कोयले की उतराई । "

टिप्पण:- मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में अधिसूचना सं. 62/94- सीमा- शुल्क (गै . टै. ) दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 1994 [ का.आ. 829 ( अ ) , दिनांक 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 82/2012- सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै . ) दिनांक 14 सितम्बर , 2012 [ का.आ. 2177 ( अ ) दिनांक , 14 सितम्बर, 2012 के तहत संशोधित की गई थी ।

New Delhi , the 14th December, 2012 No. 110/2012 - Customs ( N. T. )
S.O. 2898 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 ofthe Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 62/94 - Customs (N. T. ) dated the 21st November , 1994 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii) vide number S. O. 829 (E ), dated the 21st November , 1994, namely:--
In the said notification , in the Table , against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, for item (8 ) and the entries relating thereto , in columns ( 3 ) and ( 4 ), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- (3) (4)
