The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 72A ( Chutmalpur-Ganeshpur Section) renamed as NH-307, on the stretch of land from Km. 6.940 to Km. 8.700 in the State of Uttarakhand, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
