का.आ. 2927(अ). आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 (1961 का 43 ) की धारा 90 के स्पष्टीकरण 2 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उपर्युक्त धारा के प्रयोजन से सिंट मार्टेन, भारत के बाहर के क्षेत्र को जो नीदरलैंड्स साम्राज्य का एक अंग है, " विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र " के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना तंत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगी ।

New Delhi , the 17th December, 2012
(Income-Tax)
S.O. 2927 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred byExplanation 2 to Section 90 of the Income-tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby notifies Sint Maarten, a part of Kingdom of Netherlands , the area outside India as the " specified territory " for the purposes of the said section.
2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect .
