का.आ. 2936(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राजस्थान राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 79ए के निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने छह लेन का बनाने , आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , (6 ) और ( 7 ) में क्रमशः उल्लिखित जिलों, तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और गाँवों से संबंधित उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट भू- खंड के संबंध में , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th December, 2012
S.O. 2936(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date ofpublication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Schedule relating to districts , taluks , police stations and villages mentioned in columns (4) , (5) , (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building ( widening/six - laningetc .) maintenance , management and operation for the National Highway No. 79A in the State of Rajasthan .
