पाद टिप्पणी :-मूल अधिसूचना का.आ. 802 ( अ ) , तारीख 26 अप्रैल , 2011 , द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 26 अप्रैल , 2011 में प्रकाशित की गई थी और जिसका अधिक्रमण बाद में का.आ. 1221 ( अ ) , तारीख 28 मई , 2012 द्वारा किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
का.आ. 2954(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1221 ( अ ) , तारीख 28 मई , 2012, जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में तारीख 28 मई , 2012 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-

(क) ( i ) जिला " अनगुल " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने, तालुक " 3. बंअरपाल " के सामने , पुलिस थाना " बंअरपाल " के पश्चात्, कॉलम ( 6 ) में, प्रविष्टि" जरपड़ा" अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ,
( ii ) पुलिस थाना " जरपड़ा " के सामने , कॉलम (7 ) में प्रविष्टि" ( 38 ) नरेन्द्रपुर " के पश्चात्, प्रविष्टि " ( 39) बड़हिंन्सार " अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ,
S.O. 2954(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 1221 (E) , dated the 28th May , 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3, Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 28th May, 2012 , namely:-
(iii ) जिला " अनगुल " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के
Inthe Schedule to the said notification,-
सामने , तालुक " 4. किशोरनगर " के सामने , प्रविष्टि ( 15 ) को " चाउलिआपुर " की बजाए " चुलियापुर " पढ़ा जाएगा और प्रविष्टि (27 ) को " बाघुमुंडा" की बजाए " बाघुआमूंडा " पढ़ा जाएगा ।

(a) (i) Against serial number 3 relating to District " Angul " against Taluk " 1. Baanrpal " after Police Station "Baanrpal " in Column 6, the entry " Jarapara " shall be inserted.

(b ) against serial number 3 relating to District " Angul" against Taluk " 4. Kishorenagar " the entry number ( 15) shall be read as " Chuliapur " instead of "Chauliapur " and entry (27 read as "Baghuamunda " instead of " Baghumunda" .

:-The Principal notification was published vide No. S.O. 802 (E) , dated the 26th April , 2011 in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 26th April, 2011 , and subsequent supersession was made vide No. S.O. 1221 (E) , dated the 28th May, 2012.
