का.आ. 2940(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1164 ( अ ) , तारीख 23 मई, 2012 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 23 मई, 2012 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, के अंग्रेजी पाठ में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:--
(i ) उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, गांव " चोरहटा " के सामने , कॉलम ( 5 ) में,
(क) प्रविष्टि" 514/3 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 514/3 क " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ख) प्रविष्टि " 519/1//4 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 519/ 1/क/4 " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
( ग ) प्रविष्टि" 519/1//5 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 519/1 /क/5 " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
( घ) प्रविष्टि" 519/3/ " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 519/3/क " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ii ) उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , गांव " चोरहटी " के सामने , कॉलम (5 ) में,
(क) प्रविष्टि" 140/2//3 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 140/2/क/3 " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ख ) प्रविष्टि " 140/2// 1 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 140/2/क/ 1 " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ग ) प्रविष्टि" 140/1 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 140/1 ठ " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(घ) प्रविष्टि" 140/1 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 140/16 " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ङ) प्रविष्टि" 140/1 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 140/ 1 छ " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;
(iii ) उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, गांव " अगडाल " के सामने , कॉलम ( 5 ) में ,
(क ) प्रविष्टि " 556/1 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" 556/ 1 ख " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;

(ख) प्रविष्टि " 87/1/3 " , के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 556/ 1 ख " , प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी;

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 19th December, 2012
S.O. 2940(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in English version only in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1164 (E), dated23rd May, 2012, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) , dated 23rd May, 2012namely:---
(i) In the schedule to the said notification against village " Chorhata " under Column (5) - ;
(a) For the entry " 514/3 " , the entry " 514/3 क" shall be substituted;
(b) For the entry " 519/ 1 //4 " , the entry "519/ 1 /क/4" shall be substituted;
(c) For the entry " 519/1 //5 " , the entry "519/ 1 /क/5" shall be substituted;
(d) For the entry " 519/3/ " , the entry " 519 /3 /क" shall be substituted;
(ii ) In the schedule to the said notification against village "Chorhatee " under Column (5 ) - ;
(a) For the entry " 140/2// 3 " , the entry " 140/2/क/3 " shall be substituted;
