The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 8E in the stretch of land from Km. 408.620 to Km. 473.00 (Jamnagar Section) in the District of Jamnagar in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
