विषय : राजीव गांधी राष्ट्रीय युवा विकास संस्थान ( आरजीएनआईवाईडी ) के लिए अन्तर्वर्ती समिति का गठन ।
का.आ. 2965(अ). राजीव गांधी राष्ट्रीय युवा विकास संस्थान को राष्ट्रीय महत्व का संस्थान घोषित किया गया है और इसी आशय के लिए राजीव गांधी राष्ट्रीय युवा विकास संस्थान ( आरजीएनआईवाईडी ) अधिनियम, 2012 दिनांक 19-11-2012 से प्रवृत्त होने के लिए अधिसूचित किया गया है । विभिन्न मुद्दों पर विचार- विमर्श करने और अन्तर्वर्ती परिवर्तन की अपेक्षित रूपरेखा तैयार करने के लिए अन्तर्वर्ती समिति का गठन किया जाता है । इस अन्तर्वर्ती समिति में निम्नलिखित सदस्य हैं ( वर्णानुक्रम में) :
( i ) डॉ. एन. आर. माधव मेनन , कुलपति , नैशनल लॉ स्कूल ऑफ इण्डिया, बंगलौर और एनयूजेएस कोलकाता ।
( ii ) प्रो. एस. पी. परशुरामन , निदेशक , टाटा इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ सोशल साइसिस ।
(iii) श्री सुमन दुबे, सदस्य , आरजीएफ , बोर्ड ऑफ ट्रस्टीज और सदस्य-प्रसार भारती ।
( iv) डॉ. ( सुश्री ) सईदा हमीद , सदस्य, योजना आयोग ।
( v ) युवा कार्यक्रम विभाग से प्रतिनिधि ।
( vi ) श्री पी. माइकल वेठा सिरोमनी , निदेशक, राजीव गांधी राष्ट्रीय युवा विकास संस्थान संयोजक ।
2. अन्तर्वर्ती समिति, यदि चाहे , तो किसी भी व्यक्ति से सहायता प्राप्त कर सकती है ।
3. आरजीएनआईवाईडी अन्तर्वर्ती समिति को सचिवालय और लॉजिस्टिक सहायता देगा । सदस्यों के घरेलू दौरों पर यात्रा और आवास पर होने वाला व्यय , यदि कोई हो , का वहन भी आरजीएनआईवाईडी द्वारा अपने बजट से किया जाएगा ।
4. यह आदेश सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 18th December, 2012
Subject : Constitution of a Transition Committee for Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD).
S.O. 2965 (E) . Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development has been declared as an Institute of National Importance and to this effect the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute ofYouth Development (RGNIYD ) Act , 2012 has been notified to commence w.e.f. 19-11-2012. A Transition Committee is hereby constituted for deliberating the various issues and preparing the requisite framework for the transition . The Transition Committee consists of the following members (inalphabetical order):-
(i) Dr. N. R. Madhava Menon , Vice Chancellor of National Law School of India, Bangalore and NUJS , Kolkata.
(ii) Prof. S. P. Parasuraman , Director, Tata Institute of Social Sciences .
(iii) Shri Suman Dubey, Member, RGF, Board of Trustees and Member-Prasar Bharti .
(iv) Dr. (Ms. ) Syeda Hameed , Member, Planning Commission .
(v) Representative from Department of Youth Affairs.
(vi) Sh . P. Michael Vetha Siromony , Director, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development- Converor.
2. The Trartsition Committee may take assistance from any person , if it so desires.
3. RGNIYD shall provide all secretarial assistance and logistic support to the Transition Committee . The expenditure ontravel and accommodation of the Members on their demestic visits , if any, shall also be borne by RGNIYD from its budget.
4. This Order issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
