अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 20 दिसम्बर, 2012 सं. 111/2012-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. )
का.आ. 2966(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की सं. का. आ. 2838 (अ ) , दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर , 2012 के जरिए जारी अधिसूचना सं. 108/2012- सीमा- शुल्क (गै. टै ) , दिनांक6 दिसम्बर, 2012 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , ऐसे प्रतिस्थापन से पूर्व की गई अथवा किए जाने से लोप की गई बातों को छोड़कर , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा निर्धारित करता है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II में से प्रत्येक के कॉलम ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी मुद्रा के भारतीय मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन और भारतीय मुद्रा के विदेशी मुद्रा में संपरिवर्तन की विनिमय दर 21 दिसम्बर , 2012 से वह होगी जो आयातित माल और निर्यात माल के संबंध में उक्त धारा के उद्देश्य के लिए उसके कॉलम (3 ) में दी गई तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th December , 2012 No. 111/2012-Customs ( N.T. )
S.O. 2966 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 108/2012- Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 6th December , 2012 vide number S.O. 2838 (E), dated the 6th December, 2012 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby determines that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) ofeach of Schedule I and Schedule II annexed hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall, with effect from 21st December, 2012 be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof, for the purpose of the said section , relating to imported and export goods.
