सा.का.नि. 911 ( अ).-महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का 38 ) की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित धारा ( 3 ) की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा ट्रांसपोर्ट एंड डॉक वर्कर्स यूनियन, कांडला के श्री एम. एल . बेल्लानी तथा कांडला पोर्ट कर्मचारी संघ , कांडला के श्री मोहन के. असवानी को , 31-3-2014 तक अथवा आगे के आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , कांडला पत्तन न्यास के बोर्ड में श्रम न्यासियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
2. उक्त नियुक्ति सरकारी राजपत्र में उपयुक्त अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th December, 2012
GS.R. 911 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section ( 3) read with sub-section (6) of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. L. Bellani of Transport and Dock Workers Union, Kandla and Shri Mohan K. Aswani of Kandla Port Karamchari Sangh , Kandla as Labour Trustees on the Board ofKandla Port Trust up to 31-3-2014 or until further orders whichever is earlier .
2. The said appointment shall come into effect from the date of publication of the Notification in the Official Gazette.
