सा.का.नि. 909 (अ).-वास्तुविद , अधिनियम , 1972 ( 1972 का 20 ) की धारा 15 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार उपर्युक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 के तहत गठित वास्तुकला परिषद् के परामर्श से यह निदेश देती है कि इमाम खोमैनी इंटरनेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी , तेहरान , ईरान द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली समेकित मास्टर ऑफ आर्किटेक्चर डिग्री इस अधिनियम के उद्देश्य से मान्यताप्राप्त अर्हता मानी जाएगी , तथा यह दिनांक 21 फरवरी , 1973 को भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भूतपूर्व शिक्षा तथा सामाजिक कल्याण मंत्रालय की दिनांक 21 फरवरी , 1973 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 68 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामत:-
नामत:- उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 4 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाए ,

4क इमाम खोमैनी इंटरनेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी, तेहरान , ईरान द्वारा प्रदत्त समेकित मास्टर ऑफ आर्किटेक्चर डिग्री "

टिप्पण :- मुख्य अधिसूचना दिनांक 21 फरवरी , 1973 की संख्या सा.का.नि. 68 ( अ ) के माध्यम से भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा इसे अंतिम बार दिनांक 19 अक्तूबर , 2010 की संख्या सा.का.नि. 850 ( अ ) के माध्यम से दिनांक 21 अक्तूबर , 2010 के भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( i ) में संशोधित किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 20th December, 2012
GS.R. 909(E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 15 ofthe Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government, after consultation with the Council ofArchitecture , constituted under Section 3 of the said Act , hereby directs that the integrated Master of Architecture degree awarded by Imam Khomeini International University, Tehran, Iran, shall be recognized qualification for the purpose ofthis Act, and it makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Education and Social Welfare number G.S.R. 68(E), dated 21st February, 1973 published in Part II Section 3, Sub - Section (i ) of the Gazette of India , extraordinary, dated the21st February, 1973, namely:
Inthe said notification after serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely :--
"IRAN
4A the integrated Master of Architecture degree awarded by Imam Khomeini International University, Tehran, Iran" .

Note : The Principal notification was published in Part II, Section 3, Sub - Section ( i ) of the Gazette of India vide No. GS.R. 68 (E) , dated the 21st February, 1973 and was last amended vide No. GS.R. 850 (E), dated 19th October, 2010, in the Extraordianry, Gazette of India , Part II, Section 3, Sub -Section ( i ) , dated 21st October, 2010.
