का.आ. 2967(अ). केंन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण अधिनियम, 2010 ( 2010 का 19 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और उप - धारा ( 2 ) तथा धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उच्चतम न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश श्री स्वतंत्र कुमार, को राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण के अध्यक्ष के रूप में, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनके सत्तर वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक, जो भी पूर्वतर हो , नियुक्तकरती है ।

New Delhi , the 20th December , 2012
S.O. 2967 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2 ) of Section 6 and Section 7 of theNational Green Tribunal Act, 2010 ( 19 of 2010 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Justice Swatanter Kumar, Former Judge of the Supreme Court as the Chairperson ofthe National Green Tribunal with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette for a period of five years or -till he attains the age of seventy years , whichever is earlier.
