The Central Govt. has notified for amalgamation of the Madhya Bharat Gramin, Sharda Gramin Bank and Rewa Sidhi Gramin Bank (Regional Rural Banks) sponsored by the State Bank of India, Allahabad Bank and Union Bank of India into a single Regional Rural bank called s Madhyanchal Gramin Bank with its Head Office at Saugor.
