का.आ. 2979(अ).-विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण) अधिनियम , 1967 ( 1967 का 3.7 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या असम के यूनाइटेड लिब्रेशन फ्रंट ऑफ आसोम (उल्फा) को विधि- विरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण विद्यमान हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्वारा , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री जे . आर. मिड्ढा की अध्यक्षता में एक " विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण " का गठन करती है ।

S.O. 2979 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention)Act, 1967 (37 of 1967) , the Central Government hereby constitutes " The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal " consisting of Mr. Justice J. R. Midha , Judge of Delhi High Court , for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA ) of Assam as Unlawful Association .
