का.आ. 2982(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1235 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 मई , 2012 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 30 मई, 2012 को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की प्रस्तावना में,-
(क) प्रविष्टि " भू- अर्जन अधिकारी , सुन्दरगड़ " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " अतिरिक्त जिला मजिस्ट्रेट , राउरकेला "
प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd December, 2012
S.O. 2982 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a ) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport andHighways , number S.O. 1235 (E) , dated the 30thMay, 2012, published in the the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 30th May, 2012, namely:
Inthe Preamble to the said Notification ,-
(a) For the entry " Land Acquisition Officer, Sundargarh " , the entry " Additional District Magistrate , Rourkela " shall be substituted .
