नई का.आ. 3004(अ). नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1979 ( 1979 का 5 ) , नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियमावली , 1981 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित खंड 4 के उप- खंड ( 4 ) के खंड ( ज) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को नारियल विकास बोर्ड, कोच्चि के सदस्य के रूप में अनधिक तीन वर्षों के लिए कार्यालयी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख पर अथवा या से अथवा जब तक संबंधित सदस्य जिससे वह अब तक नियुक्त किया गया है उक्त श्रेणी में प्रतिनिधित्व समाप्त करता है अथवा उनकी रूचि जो भी पहले हो , और उपर्युक्त प्रयोजन के लिए कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) में दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 1981 की सं. का.आ. 21 ( अ ) के तहत भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, यथा :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में शीर्षक के अंतर्गत " क्र. सं. 15 के लिए खंड-4 के उप- खंड (4 ) के खंड ( ज ) के अंतर्गत नियुक्त " क्र. सं. 15 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , जिनके नाम हैं :-

संजीव चोपड़ा, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पणी:-नारियल विकास बोर्ड को संस्थापित करते हुए प्रधान अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड (ii) में दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 के का.आ. 21 ( अ ) , द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसमें दिनांक 28 मई , 2012 के सं. का.आ. 1243( अ ) द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था ।

S.O. 3004 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of sub- section (4) of Section 4 of the Coconut DevelopmentBoard Act , 1979 (5 of 1979) , read with rule 4 of the Coconut Development Board Rules , 1981 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as member of the Coconut Development Board , Kochi ,for a period not exceeding three years , on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , or till the concerned member ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed, whichever is earlier , and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofAgriculture (Department ofAgriculture and Co - operation ) , vide number S.O. 21 (E ) , dated the 12th January, 1981 , namely:--
Member" Inthe said notification , under the heading " Appointed under clause (h ) of sub - section (4) of Section 4 " , for serial number 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: ---

Note : The principal notification constituting the Coconut Development Board was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section (ii) , vide number S.O. 21 (E), dated the 12th January, 1981 and was last amended vide notification number S.O. 1243 (E) , dated the 28th May, 2012.
