The Securities and Exchange Board of India, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 4th day of January, 2013.
