का.आ. 3009(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, अन्तर्राज्यिक जल विवाद अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 33 ) की धारा 5क के साथ पठित धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति को कृष्णा जल विवाद अधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है , और भारत सरकार के , जल संसाधन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 451 ( अ) , तारीख 2 अप्रैल , 2004 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की क्रम संख्यांक ( ii ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
सदस्य" ।
" ( ii ) न्यायमूर्ति श्री बी. पी. दास उड़ीसा उच्च न्यायालय के
सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश
भारत के राष्ट्रपति के आदेश से और उनके नाम में,

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 27th December, 2012
S.O. 3009 (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 4, read with Section 5A ofthe Inter-StateWater Disputes Act, 1956 (33 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as Member of the Krishna Water Dispute Tribunal and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Water Resources number S.O. 451 (E) , dated the 2nd April , 2004, namely :-
2. In the said notification , in serial number ( ii) , for the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted , namely :-
-Member" .
"( ii ) Justice B. P. Das Retired Judge of the High Court of Orissa
