जांच शुरुआत संबंधी अधिसूचना
विषय : चीन जन. गण. के मूल के अथवा वहाँ से निर्यातित "नोनायल फेनाल " के आयातों पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क के सनसैट समीक्षा ( एस एस आर ) की शुरुआत ।
फा. सं. 15/1007/2012-डीजीएडी.-यतः समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 एवं समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन , संग्रहण एवं क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली , 1995 ( जिन्हें एतपश्चात् पाटनरोधी नियमावली कहा गया है ) को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने दिनांक 9 अगस्त, 2012 की अधिसूचना सं. 15/ 1007/2012 - डीजीएडी द्वारा जांच की शुरुआत संबंधी अधिसूचना अधिसूचित की थी ।
दिनांक 18 सितम्बर , 2012 की उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में पैरा 8 को निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाए :
" 8. वर्तमान समीक्षा के प्रयोजनार्थ जांच अवधि (पीओआई ) 1 अप्रैल , 2011 से 31 मार्च , 2012 ( 12 महीने ) हैं । तथापि , क्षति विश्लेषण में वर्ष 2008-09, 2009-10 , 2010-11 तथा पी ओ आई शामिल होगी । "

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 27th December, 2012
Initiation Notification
Subject: Initiation of Sun Set Review (SSR) investigation ofAnti - Dumping Duty on the imports of' Nonyl Phenol ' originating in or exported from Chinese Taipei .
F. No. 15/ 1007/2012 - DGAD. Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 as amended from time to time and Customs Tariff (Identification , Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rules , 1995 , thereof, as amended from time to time the Designated Authority has issued the Initiation Notification vide Notification No. 15/ 1007/ 2012- DGAD dated 9th August , 2012 on the subject mentioned above .
In the aforesaid notification dated 9th August , 2012, the para 8 may be read as under :--
"8. The period of investigation (POI ) for the purpose of present review is 1st April , 2011 to 31st March , 2012 ( 12 months ) . However, injury investigation period shall cover the years 2008- 09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and the POI ."
