सं. एस एण्ड बी/निर्वा-2013 / 100226. एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ( सहवर्ती बैंक नियम ) संशोधित अधिनियम, 2007 के अनुसार, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ( सहवर्ती बैंक ) अधिनियम , 1959 की धारा 25 ( 1 ) ( डी ) ( i ) के अनुसरण में बैंक के निदेशक मंडल के निम्नलिखित निदेशकों के स्थान पर बैंक के निदेशक बोर्ड के लिए एक निदेशक को निर्वाचित करने के उद्देश्य से उडलैण्ड्स होटल प्राईवेट लिमिटेड , संख्या 5 , राजा राम मोहन राय मार्ग , बेंगलूर-560025 में दिनांक 14 फरवरी , 2013 गुरुवार सुबह 11.30 ( भातीय मानक समय ) बजे स्टेट बैंक ऑफ मैसूर के शेयरधारियों की महासभा संपन्न होगी ।
श्रीमती मे रोस स्टील ( अधिनियम के अनुसार जिनकी अवधि 14-2-2013 को समाप्त हो रही है ) ।
तद्नुसार , अधिनियम की धारा 27 के अधीन जो अनर्ह न हुए शेयरधारियों से नामांकन आमंत्रित किया जाता है । सभी प्रकार से पूर्ण रूप से भरे गए नामांकन दिनांक 23 जनवरी , 2013 को सायं 5.00 बजे तक या से पहले बैंक के प्रधान कार्यालय , मैसूर बैंक सर्कल , केम्पेगौडा मार्ग , बैंगलूर -560254 में पहुंच जाना चाहिए । निर्धारित दिनांक और समय के बाद प्राप्त नामांकनों को स्वीकारे नहीं जाएंगे ।

टिप्पण:-( i ) बैंक के प्रधान कार्यालय के सूचना पट्ट पर चुनाव का संचालन , महासभा और चुनाव प्रक्रिया का क्रमावली प्रदर्शित किया गया है ।
( ii ) उपर्युक्त रिक्ती के लिए सिर्फ एक वैध नामांकन प्राप्त होने के संदर्भ में , वैधतापूर्वक नामांकित अभ्यर्थी को कथित रिक्ती के लिए निर्वाचित माना जाएगा और कोई चुनाव नहीं होगा एवं सहयोगी बैंक सामान्य अधिनियम , 1959 के विनियम 33 ( 1 ) की शर्तों के अनुरूप उक्त महासभा को रद्द समझा जाएगा । निर्वाचित अभ्यर्थी का नाम एवं पते को महासभा के लिए निर्धारित दिनांक से प्रर्याप्त समय पहले शीर्ष समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा । 4

No. S & B /Elec- 2013 / 100226 - Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the shareholders of State Bank ofMysore will be held at Woodlands Hotel Pvt . Ltd. , No. 5, Rajaram Mohan Roy Road , Bangalore - 560025 on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) for the purpose of electing one person to be a Director on the Board of the Bank in pursuance of Section 25 ( 1 ) ( d) ( i) of State Bank of India ( Subsidiary Banks ) Act, 1959 as amended by the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks Laws ) Amendment Act , 2007 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act' ) in place of the following director on the Board of the Bank .
Smt. May Rose Steele (term expires on 14-2-2013 in terms ofthe Act) .
Accordingly, nominations are invited from the shareholders who are not disqualified under Section 27 of theAct . Such nominations , complete in all respects, must reach the Bank at its Head Office , Mysore Bank Circle, Kempegowda Road , Bangalore - 560254 , on or before 5.00 p.m. on January 23 , 2013. Nominations received after this time and date will not be accepted .

(ii) In the event of receipt of only one valid nomination for the above vacancy, the candidate validly nominated for such vacancy shall be deemed to be elected and there shall not be any election and the above General Meeting shall stand cancelled in terms of the Regulation 33 (1 ) of the Subsidiary Banks General Regulations , 1959. The name and address of the candidate so elected will be published well before the date fixed for the General Meeting in the leading News Papers .
