MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS 2. कम्पनी ( निदेशक पहचान संख्या ) नियम , 2006 में फार्म डीआईएन -4 में क्रम संख्या 17 के पश्चात् प्रमाणन कॉलम में फार्म डीआईएन-4 के निम्नलिखित द्वितीय प्रमाणन पैरा को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामत : -

* मैं एतद्द्वारा सत्यापित करता हूं कि मैं संलग्न दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रतियों की जांच के आधार पर निदेशक/मनोनीत भागीदार के पहचान के संबंध में संतुष्ट हूं ।
* मैं उक्त व्यक्ति के फोटोग्राफ को अभिप्रमाणित करते हुए यह पुष्टि करता हूं कि
० इस व्यक्ति को मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से जानता हूं, या
GS.R. 929 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clauses ( a) and (b) ofsub - section ( 1 ) of section 642 read with section 266A, 266B , 266D and 266E of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (DirectorsIdentification Number ) Rules , 2006 namely:-
० यह व्यक्ति संलग्न दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रतियों के साथ मुझसे व्यक्तिगत रूप से मिला ।
1. Short title and commencement.- ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Companies Directors Identification Number (Third Amendment) Rules , 2012 .
* इसके अतिरिक्त , यह भी प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि इस आवेदन के साथ सभी अपेक्षित संलग्नक पूर्णतया संलग्न किए गए हैं ।
(2) They shall come into force with effect from 25-12-2012.

column after serial no. 17 , the following 2nd para of the certification in Form DIN -4 shall be substituted , namely :-
* I hereby verify that I have satisfied myself about the identity of the director/designated partner based on the perusal of the original of the attached documents .
* I also verify having attested the photograph of the said person
oWho is personally known to me , or
o Who met me in person along with the original of the attached documents .
* It is further certified that all required attachments have been completely attached to this application .
