सं. 114/2012-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै.)
सा.का.नि. 936(अ). सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 158 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) के उप- वाक्य ( ii ) के साथ पठित धारा 157 के उप - वाक्य ( घ ) के तहत् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड , एतद्वारा , 'ऑन- साइट पोस्ट क्लियरेंस ऑडिट ऐट दि प्रिमाइजेस ऑफ इम्पोर्टर्स एण्ड एक्सपोर्टर्स रेग्यूलेशन्स, 2011 ' में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, यथा :-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को' ऑन- साइट पोस्ट क्लियरेंस ऑडिट ऐट दि प्रिमाइजेस ऑफ इम्पोर्टर्स एण्ड एक्सपोर्टर्स रेग्यूलेशन्स , 2012 ' कहा जाएगा ।
( 2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवर्तित होंगे ।
2. 'ऑन- साइट पोस्ट क्लियरेंस ऑडिट ऐट दि प्रिमाइजेस ऑफ इम्पोर्टर्स एण्ड एक्सपोर्टर्स रेग्यूलेशन्स, 2011 ' में जहां- जहां शब्द ' यथोचित अधिकारी ' आये हैं उनके स्थान पर शब्द ' सीमा शुल्क एवं केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधीक्षक या मूल्यांकक ' प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 27th December , 2012
No. 114/2012 -Customs (N.T. )
GS.R. 936(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 157 , read with clause (ii ) ofsub- section (2) of Section 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations to amend the On - site Post Clearance Audit at the Premised of Importers and Exporters Regulations , 2011 , namely:
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the 'On- site Post Clearance Audit at the Premises of Importers and Exporters (Amendment ) Regulations , 2012 ' .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the On -site Post Clearance Audit at the Premises of Importers and Exporters Regulations , 2011 , for the words "proper officer " , wherever they occur, the words " Superintendent of Customs and Central Excise or Appraiser" shall be substituted.
