का.आ. 3025(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , औद्योगिक उपक्रमों के रजिस्ट्रीकरण और अनुज्ञापन नियम , 1952 के नियम 10 के उप -नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 14 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन उद्योग और नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 163 ( अं )/आरएलआईयू/ 10 ( 2 )/76 , तारीख 3 मार्च , 1976 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में तारीख 4 मार्च , 1976 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में , ' परियोजना अनुमोदन बोर्ड ' शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th December, 2012
S.O. 3025 (E ) . In exercise of powers conferred by section 14 of Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ), read with sub - rule (2) of rule 10 of the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings , Rules , 1952 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies ( Department of Industrial Development) number S.O. 163 ( E ) /RLIU/ 10 ( 2)/ 76 dated the 3rd March, 1976 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub - section ( ii ) dated the 4th March , 1976, namely: -
In the said notification , the heading " Project Approval Board " and entries thereunder shall be omitted .
