The Central Govt. on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do hereby exempts Crude Petroleum lils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals falling under the tariff item 27090000 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), when imported into India from Brunel Darussalam, from whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the first Schedule to the Customs tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975).
